International Quest Engineering (IQE) assumed responsibility for the design of two 833 m3 (220,000 gal) reactor tanks, along with one 9.4 m3 (2,480 gal) sludge tank suspended between the reactor tanks. The project scope encompassed the design and engineering of various components, including the bridge, agitator frames, sludge tank house, baffles, and launders. The tanks were designed in accordance with the API 650 standards, and comprehensive construction drawings with detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs) were generated. Despite the project's demanding timeline, IQE successfully completed it within the specified schedule.
